Rush is a thin layer over a lot of other people’s work. This is that work.
The server platform
by AlliedModders
Loads plugins into the game server. Everything below sits on top of it.
by AlliedModders
The plugin framework, its scripting language, and the admin, chat and voting plugins that ship with it.
Match play
by Sean Lewis (splewis), nickdnk, PhlexPlexico
Runs the actual match: teams, knife round, scoring, pauses, and the per-map stats file every scoreboard on this site is built from.
by vanz
Stops the game server reserving itself for a Steam lobby, so anyone on the LAN can connect.
Ranks and statistics
by RoadSide Romeo and Wend4r
Server-wide ranks, points and lifetime statistics. The leaderboard and the top half of every profile come from its database.
Weapon skins, knives and gloves
by Francisco 'Franc1sco' García
Applies a paint kit to a player’s weapons. Rebuilt here to know nineteen knives instead of ten, and to allow a different skin per side.
by Francisco 'Franc1sco' García
The knife model itself. Patched to re-read its saved choice on equip, so a change made on this site lands on the next spawn.
by Francisco 'Franc1sco' García
Glove models and their finishes. Patched the same way, so a change applies on spawn.
This machine
by Patric King, Erik Kennedy and IBM
The three typefaces this site is set in.
Written for this server
Six SourceMod plugins fill the gaps between what the game exposes and what this site needs.
Every agent the legacy game ships, 139 of them, picked from a profile.
All 69 music kits, with a sample to listen to before choosing.
Sprays using the game’s own artwork, 147 of them, sent to clients as a few hundred bytes each.
Pushes a change made on this site to a player who is already connected.
Records where every shot landed, per round. Get5 does not track this.
Lets Levels Ranks score a competitive match and holds its points back everywhere else, so the points ladder measures the games that are meant to count.
Licences
Get5, SourceMod and the three franug plugins are GPL-3.0. The franug three are modified here, and their sources are kept next to the compiled plugins so the changes can be read — which is what that licence asks for. Where no licence is named above, it is because it was not stated in the source on this machine; the work is credited to its author instead of being guessed at.
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, its maps, weapon finishes, agents, music kits and graffiti are the property of Valve Corporation. Nothing of theirs is redistributed by this site: every image and sound is read out of the copy of the game already installed on the machine that reads it.
